Rug Hooker's Haven accepts the following payment methods:  Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, and personal check.  All payments must be made in $US currency.  For all methods of payment, we will ship once payment has cleared. We ask that all foreign buyers use Paypal.  Please contact us for the total amount before making payment to make sure that all taxes and shipping charges are accurate.

Rug Hooker's Haven strives to provide the highest quality goods and services based on our knowledge and experience from over thirty years of rug hooking.  We describe our products to the very best of our ability, and we want you to be happy with the products you buy from us.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you receive , contact us immediately and we will work with you to make things right.

Rug Hooker's Haven offers a conditional 30-day money back guarantee on all Snap Dragon Frames  (TM) brand products.  If for any reason you decide that you do not want to keep your Snap Dragon Frames (TM) brand product, you may return it for full reimbursement of the purchase price, less shipping.  Return shipping costs must be covered by the purchaser.  All returns should be made in the original packaging.  If you have disposed of the original packaging, please call us for shipping instructions.  All returns must be in factory (new) condition.  Should a product be returned in less than pristine condition, the purchaser will forfeit any rights to reimbursement, or to a portion of the price sufficient to cover any necessary repairs, as determined by and solely at the discretion of Rug Hooker's Haven.  (Also see our Warranty information).  After 30 days, all transactions will be deemed final.

Sometimes, our new customers find that they can't get comfortable with the frame style they have chosen and would like to try a different leg & base set.  Rug Hooker's Haven offers a 30-Day option to swap out the leg and base set of your new frame with any other of equal value.  We ask only that you pay for the shipping of the new base & leg set and return the original leg & base set in new condition in the box provided.  We want to help you find the style of frame that makes you the most comfortable when you are hooking:)

It is the policy of Rug Hooker's Haven to charge the actual cost of shipping associated with delivering our products to our customers.  Currently all products are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Parcel Post, or USPS First Class Mail.  All shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.  All products over $50.00 in value will be shipped insured.  

PayPal is free for Buyers.  To make payments thru PayPal, you must have a PayPal account.  Go to www.paypal.com and open an account.  Once you have an account, follow these instructions:

• Send us an email at rughookershaven@att.net and include your Name, Address, Zip Code, and Phone Number as well as the list of items you wish to purchase.  We will calculate your total cost including shipping and insurance and email that information back to you.  This is not an automated responce, so it may take some time.

• Log in to PayPal.

• Hit the "Send Money" tab.  Fill in the following information:

  • Recipient's email:  rughookershaven@att.net

  • Amount:  (the total amount we emailed you)

  • Currency:  US Dollars

  • Catagory of Purchase:  Goods (Other)

  • Email Subject:  Order for....(list the items you orderred)

  • Note:  (Please put your name and shipping address here including zip code)

• Hit the "Continue" button.  Check the information for errors, choose your source of funds, and choose your shipping destination.

• Hit the "Send Money" button....and you're done!

• We will recieve an email from PayPal and will ship your order as soon as possible after your payment clears:)
